Heather Bourque

I was born and raised in Calgary. I was introduced to the Christian faith early through attending church with my parents. However, I backslid for many years and have just recently accepted Jesus as my Lord and Saviour. I watched how our Lord worked through my brother's life, who has always had a strong faith, and to be honest, I wanted that for myself. I have come to love and submit myself to our Lord, and He has been working many wonders in my life. He has restored my marriage after several years of being separated. Isn't God incredible?! He also gave me the desire to pursue further education. I completed my Bookkeeping certificate in 2025 and was privileged to join the wonderful team at the Tab as the Bookkeeper.

We moved to the Three Hills area in 2014 because I always knew I am a small-town gal at heart! I have been blessed with four amazing children - Daniella (a Biomedical Engineer at the Alberta Children's Hospital), Breanna (a published writer), Sean (who is studying Accounting at U of C), and Kayley (my only kid still at home, who's attending Prairie Christian Academy). In addition to working with numbers, I enjoy hiking, swimming, studying (slowly working on an Accounting degree, one or two courses at a time) and spending time with my family and friends. I also believe in giving back to the community, so I volunteer with Lunch with Friends, with PCA's Parent Advisory Council, and with the Decorating Committee at the Tab as well.
