David heard the Gospel and was saved on September 15,1982. He is a graduate of Prairie Bible College and Crest Leadership Training. The Lillys have three married daughters and six grandchildren. David and his wife Elizabeth have recently joined PTC as members. David is the Supervisor for Contractor Security at the Bowden Institution and has worked at the Drumheller Penitentiary and Three Hills Hospital (Security Dept). He's looking forward to applying his knowledge and experience to the Deacon of Safety position.
