Newcomers

Are You New Here?

Whether you’re new to Three Hills or just new to Prairie Tabernacle, we’re delighted you’re here and we’d love to have you join us. Below are some of the ways you can participate with us as we pursue life in Jesus.  If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to call us at 403-443-3020 or email info@prairietab.com.

Worship & Study of the Word

Our Sunday morning service features biblical preaching and a blend of contemporary and traditional worship music. It takes place at 10:00am in the North Auditorium on Prairie Campus. Leading up to that, from 9:30 to 10:00am, there is a prayer fellowship time in the North Auditorium as well as coffee fellowship in the Maxwell Centre Atrium.

Sunday Evening Prayer

Our informal Sunday evening service focuses on prayer and church-wide unity. Everyone is welcome and childcare is provided for children under 6. It starts at 6:30pm in the Prairie College Dining Hall.

Tuesday Prayer Meeting

The prayer meeting usually features a testimony from a missionary or local ministry leader and then a time of small group prayer. The meeting starts at 7:00pm in the Prairie College Dining Hall and goes for an hour.

Small Groups

Joining a small group is one of the best ways to get to know people at Prairie Tabernacle and grow in the Lord. Check out our list of groups or contact the church office at info@prairietab.com or 403-443-3020.

Young Men’s Discipleship Group (Ages 20-40’s)

Dr. Tim Miller leads men in grappling with what it means to be a man of God—God’s man, who walks under the lordship of Jesus Christ and allows the Holy Spirit to change his life. Held 7:00pm Tuesdays at the Redneck Superstore.

Ministry

There are opportunities to serve the Lord through many diverse ministries at Prairie Tabernacle. We believe that every believer should be involved in some area of service. Please contact the church office to connect with a Pastor or Ministry Leader who will help you find an area of service aligned with your giftings.

Membership

Membership is an important way for believers to identify with a local church. Membership classes are offered two or three times a year. Please contact the church office for more information.

Baptism

The Lord commands every believer to follow Him in baptism. We have a baptismal service as often as needed. Contact the church office to learn more about baptism.
